Summary: I never met the owner as my son and family stayed in his place. The family enjoyed their stay. Check in was delayed as the room was being cleaned when they got to check in but no issues. The view was very nice. One issue that we had on all three units was Condo Control. Most of our pass keys had to be redone and I was contacted every day that we were not registered in 1103 and the front desk said unfortunately this is happening a lot. Otherwise a great time Ko Olina
